Vetri Cucina

Vetri Cucina occupies a historic Philadelphia townhouse with just 32 seats. Murano glass chandeliers, Richard Ginori porcelain and Venetian glassware give the dining room an Italian character that carries through chef Marc Vetri's cooking. The restaurant offers two tasting experiences: Quattro Piatti and the seasonal Forchetta menu. Both draw on classic Italian recipes, local and specialist ingredients, and ideas gathered through the team's culinary travels. The menu structure allows the kitchen to present a sequence of dishes as a complete meal. Two temperature-controlled cellars hold more than 2,500 bottles, covering every Italian region alongside other established wine areas. Classic and premium pairings accompany the tasting menus, with cocktails, aperitifs, digestifs and beers also available. The small dining room makes the experience particularly intimate.
