Vicia puts vegetables and seasonal local produce at the centre of its cooking in St Louis. The à la carte menu combines salads and handmade pasta with larger dishes prepared over a wood-fired hearth, allowing diners to build their own meal around what producers have available. Alternatively, Let Us Cook For You offers a three-course menu served family-style, with the chefs choosing the sequence. A semi-private Chef's Grill Table seats eight to fourteen beside the hearth and gardenscape. The restaurant also has a covered outdoor dining room within its edible garden, with botanical drinks and wine pairings accompanying the food.
