Victoria & Albert's is the formal tasting-menu restaurant at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Two seasonal menus explore contemporary American cooking, with wine pairings drawn from a collection of more than 500 wines across 35 regions. A separate pairing option uses drinks without alcohol. The dining room has a Victorian character, with murals, a domed rotunda and floral and butterfly motifs. Live harp music accompanies a single seating each evening, giving the meal a deliberately unhurried pace. Advance reservations are required. Guests must be at least ten years old, and formal or semi-formal attire is expected.
