The former Villa Kennedy in Frankfurt reopened in 2025 as The Florentin, part of the Althoff Collection. The hotel combines a listed villa built in 1901 with a contemporary addition, arranged around a planted central courtyard. Its Sachsenhausen setting places it within a district known for its connection to the River Main and the city’s museums. Rooms and suites use natural materials, subdued colours and a restrained design approach. The historic villa contains signature suites, while the wider property has restaurants, a bar, spa and spaces for meetings. The courtyard remains the organising feature of the hotel, bringing greenery into the centre of the urban setting.
