The restaurant’s approach is personal, drawing on family history and childhood favourites as well as the surrounding southern Swedish landscape. That history reaches to the table itself: silver cutlery comes from the family’s first roadside inn. The detail connects a contemporary meal with the earlier hospitality tradition from which the restaurant developed. The dining room accommodates up to 30 guests, retaining a small scale for a meal whose menu is shaped by seasonality and recollection. A separate home restaurant at the family farm in Svedala offers another expression of the same background.
