Waitui Bar & Grill is the adults-only restaurant within the Waitui Beach Club at Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa on Denarau Island. Open to guests aged 16 and over, it has a poolside setting with views towards the Mamanuca Islands, making the coastline a substantial part of the dining experience. A house-built charcoal grill is central to the cooking, with grilled meat and seafood among the menu’s main features. The kitchen sources fresh ingredients from Fiji and neighbouring countries, and dishes are designed with sharing in mind. Cocktails, wine and Champagne accompany the food, with dinner served as the light changes across the sea.
