Westbank Grill has become Steadfire Chophouse, the signature restaurant at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole in Teton Village. Opened under its new identity in July 2025, it centres on flame-cooked meats and partnerships with regional ranches, including 22 Wagyu, Reminisce and Snake River Farms. An on-site dry-age locker underpins a menu of heritage chops and prime cuts. Opening dishes included a Wagyu porterhouse, bison New York strip and Colorado elk chop, with sauces such as huckleberry steak sauce and juniper béarnaise. Wood and distressed leather give the dining room a contemporary Western character, while the wine programme ranges from Champagne and Burgundy to West Coast producers. Cocktails and alcohol-free drinks draw on regional botanicals and frontier stories.
