Westpoint Dakhla

Westpoint Dakhla faces the Atlantic at the edge of the desert, with surfing woven into the hotel's daily life. Its 40 two-storey bungalows accommodate up to four guests and look towards the ocean. A swimming pool provides a place to pause between sessions on the water. The watersports centre supplies surfboards, paddleboards and wetsuits, with coaching in French, English and Arabic. Surf trips explore the surrounding coastline, while kite and wingfoil sessions can take place on Atlantic waves or at the group's lagoon properties. Meals are divided between the main restaurant and Pescador, whose fish-focused menu comes with views of the waves.
