Wine & SPA Complex Starosel stands at the foot of Bulgaria's Sredna Gora mountains, near ancient Thracian sites. Accommodation is divided among Hotel Starosel, the Thracian Residence and apartments, with the estate's winery at the centre of the complex. Wine tours and tastings connect a stay with its production. Two spa centres use mineral water, with indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, steam baths and hammam facilities.
