Wing Lei Palace at Wynn Palace is now known as Chef Tam's Seasons. Chef Tam Kwok Fung's Cantonese restaurant follows the 24 solar terms of the traditional Chinese calendar, using the smaller changes within each season to guide ingredient selection and preparation. Dishes highlighted by the kitchen include baked stuffed crab shell, steamed prawn dumplings with bamboo shoots, roasted goose and celery spring rolls, and crispy coconut custard. Lunch and dinner are served, with private dining rooms available. The main dining room welcomes children aged five and above; younger children can join meals in the private rooms.
