Xiang Yue is the Chinese restaurant at Hyatt Regency Lanzhou, on Nanbinhe East Road in the Chengguan district. The kitchen combines Gansu regional cuisine with Cantonese dim sum, bringing local dishes and a different Chinese culinary tradition into the same menu. Chinese tea and a selection of wines accompany the food. The contemporary restaurant serves lunch and dinner and includes ten private dining rooms, each accommodating approximately four to six guests. These smaller rooms offer a separate setting for family meals or business dining within the hotel.
