Xin Tian Di
Casino Gaming Floor, NUSTAR Resort Cebu, Kawit Island, South Road Properties, Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines
Xin Tian Di is a corrected replacement for the branch-uncertain AA BBQ entry because its exact restaurant identity, location and present public-facing operation are all stated on official NUSTAR pages. The dining page identifies it as a casual dining restaurant serving southern Chinese and Southeast Asian specialties and places it on the Casino Gaming Floor at NUSTAR Resort Cebu. That is much stronger evidence than a brand page listing multiple branches without one precise street-level catalogue identity. This is a useful addition to the Cebu list because it gives the ranking a late-hour resort-linked dining option with clear branch specificity. NUSTAR’s official materials show it as part of the current food-and-beverage line-up and locate the wider complex in Cebu City at South Road Properties, which keeps it within scope under the user’s mainland Cebu brief. Visitors should be aware that the venue sits inside the integrated resort environment, so access may be shaped by normal resort and casino circulation rules even though no permit requirement is stated on the dining page itself. The result is a more reliable rank-six restaurant entry: exact name, exact venue, exact city, and clear official operator support rather than a generic multi-branch brand reference.
