Yi Yang is the Chinese restaurant at Mandarin Oriental, Sanya, on the ground floor of the hotel's main building. Cantonese cooking anchors the menu, including steamed fish, braised abalone and dim sum, while Hainanese dishes such as Wenchang chicken and Dongshan lamb connect the kitchen to the island. Chinese spirits, beers and wines provide accompanying drinks. The interior uses light woods, a carved wooden ceiling and artwork drawing on local ethnic cultures. Six private dining rooms supplement the main restaurant, with the largest seating up to 18 people for family gatherings or other group meals.
