Yu Yue Heen occupies the seventy-first floor of Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou, with views towards the Pearl River and Canton Tower. Following its 2026 transformation, the restaurant draws on Cantonese Opera in interiors by AB Concept, using patterned glass, lacquered panels and silk-like wall textures. Six private rooms take inspiration from different operatic roles. The Cantonese menu explores ingredient quality, precise cooking and contrasting textures. Dishes include shredded-fish soup using a Shunde deboning technique, white-sugar rice cake with crisp pork slices and baby lobster in garlic cream sauce. Chinese wines from regions including Ningxia and Shangri-La, together with selected teas, accompany the food.
