Zafferano is the Italian restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Baku, on Neftchilar Avenue beside the Caspian seafront and Old City. Its light-filled dining room has vaulted ceilings, while the adjoining Eyvan Terrace extends dining outdoors in the warmer months. The menu centres on Central Italian cooking with some Azerbaijani influences. Signature dishes include handmade porcini and truffle ravioli, saffron risotto with short ribs, wood-fired pizza and Baku caviar. Breakfast, weekday business lunch and dinner provide different ways to use the restaurant. Sunday brunch adds live cooking stations and a children’s corner, making it a separate format from the à la carte evening meal.
