Zinfandel’s is the restaurant within Zagreb’s Esplanade Hotel, combining a formal hotel dining room with the adjoining Oleander Terrace. Its cooking draws on traditional cuisine, seasonal ingredients and influences from the Mediterranean and continental Europe. Chef Ana Grgić leads the kitchen’s interpretation of those connections. À la carte menus allow diners to choose individual dishes, with vegetarian, gluten-free and halal options available. Wine has its own substantial selection, while breakfast and Sunday brunch provide additional meal formats. The terrace and restaurant also accommodate smaller receptions and celebrations, linking everyday dining with the Esplanade’s events tradition.
