Zuma Dubai brings its contemporary Japanese restaurant concept to the Dubai International Financial Centre. Sushi and sashimi sit alongside dishes from the robata grill, where meat, seafood and vegetables are cooked over open flames and served with accompanying sauces. The main dining room includes counters where guests can watch the kitchen at work. An upstairs lounge provides a more informal setting for drinks and food. The restaurant’s brunch extends the format with live sushi and robata stations, main courses brought to the table and a separate dessert selection, keeping the open kitchens central to the meal.
