Zuma Mykonos combines a contemporary Japanese restaurant with a bar, lounge and seasonal pool setting above the Aegean. Whitewashed villas, granite counters and traditionally stacked stone connect the design to the island, while open sushi, robata and hot kitchens animate the dining room. The food includes a spicy tuna sushi bowl with miso, ginger and shichimi pepper, wagyu tartare sushi with black truffle, and a caviar platter accompanied by Japanese condiments and miso brioche. Cocktails, sake and music shape the bar and sunset experience. During the summer season, day beds and an infinity pool extend the venue beyond dinner into a full day beside the sea.
